ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE BOOKER MIDDLE SCHOOL-HVAC RENOVATION PROJECT
Description
All work has been completed. The final project costs have been internally audited and are enclosed in Final Contractor's Application and Certificate for Payment No. 30-Final. The Director of Construction Services Department has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statues.
Recommendation
That the Booker Middle School-HVAC Renovation project be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractor be approved as presented.
